Remove spurious * in docstrings.
(inferior-octave-mode): Only change the buffer-local value of
comint-dynamic-complete-functions.
(inferior-octave-mode-map, inferior-octave-mode-syntax-table):
Move the initialization to the declaration.
(inferior-octave-complete): Remove unused var `filter'.
